1. Service Description

XDL Chat is an instant messaging service operated by the XDL Chat operator, including but not limited to text messages, image messages, voice messages, audio/video calls, group chats, file transfers and other features. We may update and adjust service content according to business development needs.

2. Account Registration and Security

1) You should provide truthful and accurate information when registering your account. You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account and password. Any losses caused by account theft or password leakage due to personal reasons shall be borne by you.

2) You may not transfer, lend or sell your account to others.

3) If you discover any security risks with your account, please contact us promptly.

4) You may delete your account at any time via "Me — Settings — Delete Account" within the app. Once your account is deleted, your profile, friend relationships, chat history, collections and other associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

3. User Conduct

XDL Chat has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. When using XDL Chat services, you must comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region. You may not use XDL Chat to engage in any of the following activities:

1) Publishing or distributing content containing obscenity, pornography, violence, terrorism, gambling, drugs or other illegal content.

2) Publishing or distributing false information, fraudulent information, spam advertising or other misleading content.

3) Infringing on the reputation, portrait, privacy, intellectual property or other legitimate rights of others.

4) Harassing, threatening, intimidating, stalking or doxxing other users.

5) Engaging in hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

6) Impersonating another person, fabricating an official platform identity, or other forms of deception.

7) Using technical means to interfere with the normal operation of XDL Chat or the normal use by other users.

8) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations or the terms of this Agreement.

If you violate any of the above provisions, we have the right to immediately take measures such as warnings, function restrictions, mute, suspension or permanent termination of services, and reserve the right to pursue your legal liability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content of XDL Chat, including but not limited to software, technology, programs, interface design, icons, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws and regulations. Without our written authorization, no one may copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use the above content.

5. Platform Responsibility and Content Moderation

1) We will endeavor to ensure stable service operation, but we shall not be liable for service interruptions or failures caused by technical limitations, network environment, force majeure or other factors.

2) We have a zero-tolerance policy on objectionable content and abusive behavior. XDL Chat provides in-app reporting channels for inappropriate messages, users, and groups. Our moderation team commits to responding to reports within 24 hours, removing offending content, and taking action against violating accounts including warnings, mute, suspension, or permanent ban as appropriate.

3) Any losses caused by your violation of this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations shall be borne by you.

6. Protection of Minors

1) XDL Chat is primarily intended for adult users.

2) We do not permit children under the age of 13 to register or use this service. If we discover that a child under 13 is using this service, we will immediately terminate their account and delete the associated data.

3) If you are a minor aged 13 to 17, you should read this Agreement under the guidance of your guardian and may only use this service after obtaining your guardian's written consent. Guardians are responsible for supervising the minor's activity on this platform.

7. Termination of Service

1) You may terminate this Agreement at any time by using the account deletion feature within the app.

2) If you materially breach this Agreement (including but not limited to any prohibited conduct set forth in Section 3), we have the right to immediately terminate services to you, close your account, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

3) Upon termination of service, provisions of this Agreement regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall remain in effect.

8. Agreement Modification

We have the right to modify this Agreement according to business needs. After modification, we will notify you through in-app notifications. If you continue to use XDL Chat services, you are deemed to have agreed to the modified Agreement.

兄弟聊是由兄弟聊运营方提供的即时通讯服务,包括但不限于文字消息、图片消息、语音消息、音视频通话、群组聊天、文件传输等功能。我们可能会根据业务发展需要,对服务内容进行更新和调整。

二、账号注册与安全

1. 您注册账号时应提供真实、准确的信息。您有责任妥善保管账号和密码,因您个人原因导致账号被盗用或密码泄露所造成的损失,由您自行承担。

2. 您不得将账号转让、出借或出售给他人使用。

3. 如发现账号存在安全风险,请及时联系我们。

4. 您可随时通过应用内"我的—设置—账号注销"路径申请注销账号。账号注销后,您的账号、好友关系、聊天记录、收藏等数据将被永久删除,无法恢复。

三、用户行为规范

兄弟聊对违规内容和滥用行为采取零容忍政策(zero tolerance policy)。您在使用兄弟聊服务时,必须遵守所在国家或地区的相关法律法规,不得利用兄弟聊从事以下任何行为:

1. 发布、传播含有淫秽、色情、暴力、恐怖、赌博、毒品等违法违规内容。

2. 发布、传播虚假信息、诈骗信息、垃圾广告或其他误导性内容。

3. 侵犯他人名誉权、肖像权、隐私权、知识产权等合法权益。

4. 骚扰、威胁、恐吓、跟踪、人肉搜索其他用户。

5. 针对他人的种族、民族、宗教、性别、性取向、残疾等进行仇恨言论或歧视。

6. 冒充他人身份、虚构平台官方身份或其他欺骗行为。

7. 利用技术手段干扰兄弟聊的正常运行或其他用户的正常使用。

8. 其他违反法律法规或本协议约定的行为。

如您违反上述任何规定,我们有权立即采取警告、限制功能、禁言、暂停或永久终止服务等措施,并有权追究您的法律责任。

四、知识产权

兄弟聊的所有内容,包括但不限于软件、技术、程序、界面设计、图标、文字等,均受知识产权法律法规保护。未经我们书面授权,任何人不得复制、修改、传播或以其他方式使用上述内容。

五、平台责任与内容治理

1. 我们将尽力保障服务的稳定运行,但因技术限制、网络环境、不可抗力等因素导致的服务中断或故障,我们不承担责任。

2. 我们对违规内容和滥用行为采取零容忍政策(zero tolerance)。兄弟聊在应用内提供举报通道,您可随时举报违规消息、用户或群组;我们的审核团队承诺在 24 小时内响应举报,移除违规内容,并视情节对违规账号采取警告、禁言、封禁等措施。

3. 因您违反本协议或相关法律法规导致的任何损失,由您自行承担。

六、未成年人保护

1. 兄弟聊主要面向成年用户。

2. 我们不允许 13 周岁以下儿童注册和使用本服务。如发现 13 周岁以下儿童使用本服务,我们将立即终止其账号并删除相关数据。

3. 如您是 13 周岁以上、18 周岁以下的未成年人,应在监护人指导下阅读本协议,并在取得监护人书面同意后方可使用本服务;监护人对未成年人在本平台的行为承担监护责任。

七、服务终止

1. 您可随时通过应用内的账号注销功能终止本协议。

2. 如您严重违反本协议(包括但不限于第三条约定的任何禁止行为),我们有权立即终止向您提供服务、关闭您的账号,并保留追究法律责任的权利。

3. 服务终止后,本协议中关于知识产权、责任限制、争议解决等条款仍然有效。

八、协议修改

我们有权根据业务需要修改本协议。协议修改后,我们将通过应用内通知的方式告知您。如您继续使用兄弟聊的服务,即视为您同意接受修改后的协议。
